Adult teamTRAINING
Each 60 min teamTRAIN session will consist of a dynamic warm up, mobility, strength, metabolic conditioning and end with a cool down. Our goal is to bring you coach-led, progressive programming within a supportive, dynamic community.
Adult teamTRAINING is geared towards anyone looking to improve their strength and fitness within a team setting. We strive to meet each person where they are in their fitness journey and utilize a variety of tools to help you meet your goals.
In general, our teamTRAINING sessions consist of a blend of a variety of training disciplines including traditional strength training, powerlifting, olympic weightlifting and functional fitness in order to explore different ways to increase your strength and stability, build a strong foundation and enjoy the process while improving your overall fitness. As a team, our goals will vary each cycle and at times we will dive deeper into specific disciplines but regardless we realize it is important to keep a balance of movement patterns and to use these various disciplines to strengthen and condition our bodies while preventing injury.
